Kater partners are able to chat or call their clients through the app. The chat or call is available once the trip is accepted.We encourage reaching out to your clients prior to the trip to acknowledge the booking and ask for any special errands, instructions or tasks they would like to request. You can use the pre-written messages built in the app to introduce yourself to the client and start a conversation. You can also use this chat to communicate with your client by notifying the client that you are on your way and when you have arrived at the pickup location. Only call the client when necessary.
