PreTrip Inspection

Before beginning your trip, take photos of your customers vehicle if there are any damages (including the rims). Once you have taken the photos email them to If these photos are not sent to Kater prior to the trip and the customer reports a vehicle damage, the driver may be liable to compensate their client. 

Let your client know you are required to complete a pre-trip inspection. Alternatively, complete the external inspection as you wait for your client to come outside and begin the trip.
