Before beginning your trip, take photos of your customers vehicle if there are any damages (including the rims). Once you have taken the photos email them to email@example.com. If these photos are not sent to Kater prior to the trip and the customer reports a vehicle damage, the driver may be liable to compensate their client.
Let your client know you are required to complete a pre-trip inspection. Alternatively, complete the external inspection as you wait for your client to come outside and begin the trip.
