Rating your Chauffeur

Drivers who partner with Kater agree to maintain a high standard of professionalism and provide their client an exceptional service. At the end of each trip, you as a customer will have the opportunity to rate your driver and share your experience with other users. 


If you feel your driver did not meet the standards you expected please contact Kater Customer Service.
